It started as a favor for my friend. One date was all she needed for her brother. That one date turned into a second, third, and fourth date. I was teaching in Nolanville, Texas and Parker was living in DFW. We talked on the phone and visited each other on the weekends. I decided to take a leap and leave Nolanville at the end of the school year to be closer to him. Luckily, I found a job teaching in DFW and we were married in November of 2012.
We now live in DFW and love life together! Parker is going to school and I am working as a 5th grade teacher. We recently added a new member to our little family - Ellie the mini bulldog. The three of us are taking on life together!
I decided to start this blog as a way to document our little family and our adventures!
